Integrating Semantic Web Services and Business Process Management: A Real Use Case

چکیده

In this paper we aim to investigate how semantic Web services can improve standard business process management tools. Using a standard SAP process in the area of logistics as an example, we show the limitations of current approaches, both during designand runtime. Based on this investigation we will present a new solution enabling the automation of certain task in the process of creating cross organizational business processes using ontologies and Semantic Web Services.
